1. Coaching Services
PGee Fitness provides online fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to support fat loss, strength and fitness improvements.
Coaching is delivered remotely via the PGF App, including training programmes, habit guidance, check-ins and messaging support.
This service is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical advice.
2. Nutrition Guidance
Paul Gordon / PGee Fitness is not a registered nutritionist or dietitian.
All nutrition-related guidance, including:
calorie targets
macro targets (protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre)
portion guidance
PGF Recipe Books
is provided for general guidance and educational purposes only.
Nutrition guidance is intended to support informed decision-making and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe.
Clients are fully responsible for:
their food choices
managing allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements
seeking medical or specialist advice where appropriate
3. Training & Group Programme Structure
Training programmes are delivered in online group formats, with structured programmes based on experience level (e.g. beginner, intermediate or advanced).
Where appropriate, small adjustments may be made for injuries or physical limitations based on the information provided by the client.
All programmes include exercise guidance and video demonstrations. Clients are responsible for performing exercises safely and within their own ability.
4. Health & Medical Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in exercise and lifestyle changes.
PGee Fitness must be informed of any:
injuries
medical conditions
medications
limitations
prior to starting the programme.
Where necessary, clients should seek clearance from a GP or healthcare professional before participating.
5. Coaching Support & Check-Ins
Coaching support is delivered via the PGF App.
Weekly check-ins are reviewed on a set day each week
Clients complete a weekly check-in form
Feedback and adjustments are provided via in-app messaging
Clients may respond at a time that suits them and can revisit previous messages and feedback at any time.
PGee Fitness does not provide emergency, medical or crisis support.
6. Results Disclaimer
Results will vary between individuals based on consistency, lifestyle factors, starting point and adherence.
PGee Fitness cannot guarantee specific outcomes including fat loss, strength gains or fitness improvements.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
following guidance to the best of their ability
communicating honestly during check-ins
asking questions when unsure
using training guidance safely
Progress depends on consistency rather than perfection.
8. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due in advance.
Payments are non-refundable once the programme has started, including cases of missed check-ins or lack of engagement.
Payment plans do not change the total programme commitment.
9. Intellectual Property
All training plans, PGF App content, videos and PGF Recipe Books remain the intellectual property of PGee Fitness.
Materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied or redistributed.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Coaching
PGee Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching if:
communication breaks down
behaviour is inappropriate
guidance is repeatedly ignored in a way that risks safety
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up to PGee Fitness coaching and completing onboarding, clients confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
